- Instant handwheel & lock adjustment for product length, width, & thickness changes.
- Adjustable slide angle to suit the weight & nature of the product.
- Dial control for seal time dwell to suit thickness of bag film.
- Kicker bar provided for positive separation of trimmed bag top, plus air jet nozzle for chip disposal.
- Teflon cloth over sealer jaw gives instant release of heated film. “Roller shade” mounting for instant replenishment & maximum use of the Teflon.
- Automatic protective safety device.
- Clean-cut, simple design for easy maintenance & long machine life.
- Package size range: 3″-19″ in length, 1/8″-4″ in thickness, 1″-15″ in width on machine with 18″ jaws (wider jaw sizes available)
- Capacity to handle other length & thickness dimensions available on request.
Options
- Available in four jaw sizes to suit maximum bag width being used: 18″ wide jaw, 20″ wide jaw, 30″ wide jaw
- Air-operated product compressor unit. Gently squeezes product during sealing, eliminating excess air from package & adding to package attractiveness.
